Our production are followed the regulation of ISO:9001. Our QC engineers will check the dimension of stator and rotors during the production. Furthermore, all our stators and rotors are stamping by CNC machines. Once the parameters are set, stators and rotors will stack automatically. Besides, we can also set the skew from the CNC. Then, rotors will rotate automatically while production. After mass production, our QA will use block gauges to check the outer diameter and the shaft hole.
