Application:

• The shaded-pole motors are mostly used in can openers, textile motors, exhaust fans, dehumidifiers, humidifiers, razors, fan heaters, microwave ovens, aquarium motors, pumps and vending machines. It can be operated clockwise or counter-clockwise.

Features:

• The shaded-pole motor is the original type of AC single-phase induction motor, with the design of small squirrel-cage type of motors. It is composed copper bars instead of winding. The feature of shaded-pole motors is there is only one main winding and no start winding or switches. With the characters of low starting torque and efficient rating, shaded-pole motors are most popularity used in low-power house appliances. Due to the starting torque is small, shaded-pole motors are mounted in small sizes scaling from 1/20 to 1/6 HP.

Tolerance:

• We can control the tolerance to make stator smooth and accurate. Please understand the tolerance differs from different material of silicon steel lamination and design of mold. Usually, it is within 0.03mm-0.05mm. Our material is directly from China Steel. Certainly, there are different grades of laminations for choosing by various design.
